A bathroom renovation with Elite Touch starts from $18,000 for a small bathroom (about 1.5 × 1.8 × 2.4 m, our Basic package), from $25,000 for a mid-size bathroom (Standard), or from $30,000 for a larger, fully-specified bathroom (Premium). Every figure is a starting price — you get a fixed-scope written quote after a free on-site measure.
Do you provide a fixed quote or just an estimate?
You receive a fixed-scope written quote before work begins. It sets out what is included, what is not included, and what changes would need approval, so you are not relying on a rough verbal estimate.
Is the waterproofing certified?
Yes. Every bathroom is waterproofed to AS 3740, with primer plus two coats, and a compliance certificate is supplied for the waterproofing work.
How long does a bathroom renovation take?
Most full renovations on the same footprint take 3–4 weeks. A premium build with natural stone and custom joinery takes 5–6 weeks, and a reconfiguration that moves walls or fixture positions takes 5–7 weeks. You get your on-site program in writing before work starts, not a verbal estimate.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Elite Touch Renovations works under NSW Builder Licence 475204C, held by Omar Dawood. The business carries Public Liability $20 million, Workers Compensation through Allianz, and HBCF certificates are issued for applicable residential projects.
Can you renovate a bathroom in a strata apartment?
Yes. Apartment and strata bathroom renovations can involve owners corporation approval, building access rules, lift protection, working-hour limits and extra paperwork. Ask your strata manager what applies before work starts, then give those rules to us so the written scope reflects the building.
What warranty do you provide?
Elite Touch Renovations provides a 10-year workmanship warranty. Read the warranty as written in your agreement and ask what is covered before work begins, because product and third-party fitting warranties are separate from workmanship.
Do you offer a free on-site measure?
Yes. The on-site measure is free across Sydney. We inspect and measure the room, talk through the scope and then prepare a fixed-scope written quote so the price is tied to the actual bathroom, not only photos or a phone call.
Will one team manage the trades?
Yes. We run the bathroom renovation as one managed project: strip-out, plumbing and electrical preparation, waterproofing, tiling, fit-off and final clean. You do not have to schedule each trade yourself.
What happens if you find a problem after demolition starts?
Older bathrooms can reveal rot, non-compliant plumbing or asbestos after strip-out. We inspect before quoting to reduce surprises, and if something hidden appears, the issue, cost and timing effect are discussed before extra work proceeds.
