Elite Touch Renovations was founded in 2022 by the Dawood family and works across Sydney. We are deliberately small: the people who quote your job are the people who run it.
We take on both residential and commercial projects, though most of our work is family homes.

More than 25 years in the construction industry. Oversees site operations, project sequencing and quality control.
Farah Dawood
Architectural Designer
Master's degree in Architecture from the University of Technology Sydney, with industry experience at SJB. Leads layout, finishes and material selection.
Mohammed Dawood
Assistant Project Manager
Graduate Certificate in Construction Project Management. Supports scheduling, site coordination and client communication.

- 30% deposit to book your start date
- A 30% / 40% / 30% progressive schedule, tied to agreed milestones

Omar, Adam and the team did an excellent job renovating our main bathroom, ensuite and standalone toilet. They managed everything from the demolition, waterproofing, plumbing, tiling and installation of new shower screens, fixtures, vanities, toilets, etc.

Adam and Omar did a very professional job installing large format Carrara marble wall and floor tiles for our bathroom renovation. The finished tiling was first class with good falls, neat consistent joints, clean cuts and no lippage. They exercised due care at all times including providing drop sheets and surface protection to and from the work area and leaving the site clean and tidy at the end of each day. Good housekeeping of this standard is not common practice for the majority of tradespeople in my experience and is evidence of a company that takes great pride in their work. Their price for the job was competitive to boot. I'd highly recommend their services and would use again.
